I resided at Casa Madrid in 2004-2005 exactly one year. I had several problems as upon my move in i found numerous flaws in the wall paint. Areas that should have been painted wasn't. All they did was a spot paint job. I also was told i would get a accent wall painted to my color.. never got that either. I had a small yard area outside of my back door that had 4 ft of weeds growing upon move in day that i ended up pulling out myself and i couldn't get them to do it for me. There were huge black water bugs all over. I too read negative comments prior to moving in and just thought it was pissed off tenants but found out myself..everything posted is true. The numbers here on the rating speaks for itself. There is a big parking problem and cars being broken into. Good luck getting any of your security deposit back as they trump up bogus reasons not to give it back. When i left the complex my apt was 100% cleaner than when i moved in. Glad i got out of there.
