I was promised they would not depost my check but they did anyway. Do not rent from this company
This company is running an illegal scam to collect application fees and rejected applicats without even running the credit. The deposit your check and then make it very difficult to get back your money.
Do not rent any appartment managed by this company. They are ripping people off.

I do not agree with you. My fiance and I went to this complex and we filled out all the paperwork. We paid for the fees that are non refunable, plus put down a 200 deposit. After they did the credit check, I decided I didn't want to live in a studio for 1100 a month. We got our 200 back after a couple weeks and everything has been fine since. I just think their prices are alittle much.
