Don't let the beautiful landscape right outside the leasing office confused you like it did me. Casa Madrid is a horrible
place to live in. I'm so HAPPY!!!! I'm out of there. We got our car towed 3 times. Staff has really poor customer service.

Arnel Management tries to keep your security deposit. So BEWARE. They tried keeping my cousin's who used to live at
their Cinnamon Creek complex in Westminister. She got a lawyer and got practically all her money back. I'm in the process of doing that too. I left my apartment spotless (carpet clean and painted walls and they still tried keeping our security deposit.


So make sure before you move out to leave it as clean as possible since per state law they are not allowed
to charge you for cleaning if the unit is as clean as when it was turned over to tenant. So make sure to take
pictures of every thing including counter tops. Because they are very SNEAKY!!!!!!!!!
