Hey everyone!:)

I am a resident at Casa Madrid Apartments and honestly i hate it here. My lease has already expired so im going month to month (which is 4$400.00 more for NOT signing a lease)
I have decided NOT to sign a lease due to poor management Team. :(

I moved in here about a year ago and thought this was a nice and safety complex. I heard about this apt rating but thought is way all bull from angry people but now that im living here i relize residents did move out for a reason.

Mamagement staff changes every once a month. Arnel changes there staff all the time. Thats how they do it for all of there properties. What kind of staff is that''

I was promised a move in special for my walls to get them painted. Extra walls were $75.00 but unfortunatly because the person i rented from was no long there, i had to get in writting and i never got it. wow that was horrible, I automaticaly knew this management was going to be trouble. (ok guys and that was my First month.... )

Please take my advace and live where management cares.

This management doesnt care about you and will be nice to you the first time you leave a deposit for an apt. After you live here they will not care about any concerns you may have.

I have a Audi and someone wrote on it with super glue !! That made me so mad !!! I though this place was safe and office would have recored through there cameras. I made a plice report, and I took it to the leasing office and they said there parking cameras dont work.

Wow i live on my own and dont feel safe here :(

Don't rent from any Arnel properties their all the same... Good luck!*

Dear Annoyomous, Get out while you can, and when you leave, take pictures, they will absorb more then 50% of your deposit and say it's cleaning charges. Dispute any charges with them, and take them to court. I took them to court and I won. It was so worth the court filing charges of $50.00. They don't care and it shows. When my friend served corporate the papers the guy told her we get these every other day!

They pressue you into putting down a deposit, even if it's not really what you want to do.
