5/29/06-I won my lawsuit against Arnel. For the person who commented on 5/14 if you liked the dump why did you leave' I wasn't being harsh, just honest. You must work for Arnel.

Okay everyone, this one is hot off the press. I want everyone to know how horrible Arnel Management Company is. Have you ever met the manager of the complex' I have eight different times in my term of my lease. You heard that eight times, and each time was a different manager. They have an office staff full of idiots to include management. One Leasing consultant had no clue how to prorate my rent for when I was moving out, further more when I mailed letters to the corporate office, and hand delivered a letter to the office they didn't still understand I was moving out. You have executive manager's who float into the property in the interim to keep a manager on the property, one of the last one was so rude and didn't care for my issues, and when I mentioned "you obviously don't care about my issues" her responses was "Your right I don't". What kind of a manager is that'

Be careful what you put on your balcony as I was served a three day notice for having my bathroom rug hanging on my balcony, while the apartment across the way from me was allow to have 10 people live in a one bedroom and let them pop up a canopy and at times keep a refrigerator on the patio, can you low class! When I got my notice I went and spoke with the manager and I said you know a phone call would be nice at first, but not you get a three notice for violation of your lease.

Let's talk about parking, it's horrible, and when I moved in (actually just before) I was told I was going to have two spaces, what a switch and bait, guess what you only get two if you have two cars. They allow people to store there non functional, with expired registration tags and commercial vehicles on the property. When you complain you have to complain on the day and call back every day and say it's been 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours, thus making it a stored car. They love to toy cars although mine never got towed; I was on the parking lot side and would see three cars leave daily by tow truck. For people who want the math that 1,095 cars per year. People park in handicap that are not handicap, and then proceed to walk to the other side of the property; I've got pictures of that.

As far as laundry, I can't vouch for the pricing, of washing and drying, I only did emergency loads there, took mine to my friends. I disagree with charging $10.00 for a card which I still have.

As for maintenance, I will say they were quick to respond, but did very mediocre work, they love to drive the buggy's around the property, although one of them is gorgeous loved to watch him :-).

When they put the new gates up around the property that was nice however you had to go out and let your guest in if they found parking. They have one call box but your guest would have to walk around the complex like they were at Disneyland. They closed the back alley gate for cars to enter, and which left only one gate on Ball Road to get in. The amount of traffic increased 100% because of that bad idea, plus think of all the fumes of all the extra cars if you leave your windows open.

Did I mention they make you violate your lease, because of roaches' Yes roaches come and live with you and you have to do things to get rid of them, I know I got mine from my neighbors, because when I moved in I didn't have any. I had to ask eight times and they make you remove everything from your cabinets. Who can live like that'

Can I hear the neighbors, normally not, but there were times that I could hear mine because of his loud classical music, and they did nothing about it because he is a long time resident.

One other thing they are not a delivery service they will not sign for your packages if they require an actually signature, they will return them to sender.

I just got my security refund yesterday and was I surprised charging me for pictures. I can understand being charged for cleaning, and carpet cleaning. My paint charges were not prorated as they should be since I was only there a portion of the time.

Please don't move here because you will move out real soon! I have a friend who lives on another ARNEL property and she can't stand it either she is waiting for her lease to expire.

Man, Orangebear111 you REALLY need a life if your going to spend time on this site...I lived and moved out of these apartments as well and they are not that bad..Are you not being just a LITTLE too harsh?
