I have lived at Arnel for almost 2 years. When i first moved in the rent was o.k. Being such a busy person I couldnt find the time to look for another apartment. I would think my rent would go down after re-newing my lease and it didnt, it went way up. I dont know how many defferent neighbors i have had in the past years. When it rains the apartment complex fluds. The apartments are extremely small for the price that they charge. NOT WORTH IT!! My Family and Friends will not come visit and the reason for that is becuase there is no parking. And when they do come over they have to park a block away. They charge $10 to obtain a laundry Card plus $1.35 to wash and a $1.15 to dry, and that's only on certain days. They want to charge you for every little thing. Do not move in. I had read the ratings before I moved in thinking it was a bunch of bitter people with bad experiences. After living there I came to realize that all they said was true. They have defferent staff members everytime you call. They suck.
