I have been a resident here for almost a year now and I agree that there were frequent changes in management, however, I am extremely pleased with the new resident manager, Ema. She has been handling any issues that I've had in a timely manner and very pleasant to deal with. I was going to give my 30 day notice, but decided to give them another chance since the hot water issue has been resolved. The new manager always greets me with a smile and seems to genuinely care. I hope they keep her here for awhile.

Where's Ema, wow she left with all the other ones. Who is the manager today? It probably has changed since I moved out two weeks ago. Sorry to hear you didn't give your 30 days. You may want to consider it now!

The last manageer after Erna's replacement quit yesterday. Christine, who has been on this property on and off for at least a year will become the new Manager. I really wonder how long she will last. Managers that get called into the main office on a Monday or a Friday generally do not come back the next day...ever, they are hired and fired on those days. Since 1998 Casa Madrid has had only 1 great manager, Ken, and they let him slip through their fingers. Arnel Corporation consists of cold-hearted individuals that care neither for their customers nor their staff; They only care about the bottom line. |
