Whoever wrote the review stating that the apartments were nice is probably part of the management team. I've lived at the complex for over 9 months and I agree with all of the reviews below execept the one before this one. The management team is extremely rude. They never follow up with you...and actually the management changes every month anyways so it's impossible to create a relationship with management. The water goes out once to twice a week here, but of course management states that they are working on it...Everyone that lives in the complex seems to be really nice neighbors so I don't see any reason for them stating that about the neighbors...and for them stating the bug man comes on site to spray, well they forgot to mention that they spray everything entirely in the apartment, not caring about person items, kids toys, plants ect...the parking is still extremely horrible, no parking for friends or family. The only good thing about casa madrid lately is the fence they put up around the complex...suprisenly it is working out okay...besides that....casa madrid is not the right choice for you and you're family...take it from someone who has had experienced the place...if you don't believe me call casa madrid each month and you will speak to a new manager each time!!! with out fail!!!!
