I sit here and I read all the no reviews and I just laugh my ass off. My ex bf is one of the maintenance guys there and I lived there for a VERY short time. In that short time I cannot agree more with all the no reviews after my experience. On the note of criminals and drug addicts take my ex for example, hes one of the dang maintenance guys and he has been to jail twice AND does drugs on a constant basis. As for the maintenance manager Mike, well he left around the time I came around which was back in January so god only knows what the place has gone to since. As for bugs and rats OMG. If you have a problem with them I would RUN away from this place. The spiders, rats and ants are unbearable. The rats are NOISY besides the tenants that lived above us. You didnt even need your own stereo equptment. You had theirs. As far as management and the leasing agents go, they DO NOT CARE. They will turn around and laugh at you later or roll their eyes FOR SURE. I know that even with my bf working there, he complained about the noise from the people above us and NOTHING was done. Cars get broken into nightly. He would come home and tell me about 3 or 4 cars that had been broken into EVERY day. I knew it was only a matter of time before mine became a victim. Luckily I got out of there soon enough. The maintenance guys all get free cable, utilities and rent, do you really think they take pride in their job' They dont need any prior experience. Then take the property next door. Owned by Arnel as well. TONS of stray cats. Everyone feeds the stray cats. You would think there wouldnt be a problem with the rats. Lots of noisy children. People move into a 1 bedroom apartment with no patio that have 3-4 noisy kids that all decide to play on the sidewalks. I only lived there for a little less than a month and the neighbor next door decided one day that it was ok to help himself and just walk up in our apartment (didnt knock,while I was in my PJ's no less) and try to find out if I knew who was parked in his parking space. They are total tow nazis from what I understand and there is NO street parking. All I can say is good luck to anyone that rents here. You gotta be way into vermin, criminals, drugs, loud kids/neighbors, tow trucks, never having family/friends over and bad management and maintenance to live here. Like I said the maintenance guys get their apartment for free, but if you wanna pay 1000 and some odd bucks for that you have got to be crazy.

IdiotFinder, it's time that you come up with some facts bud. I am convinced now that you are an Arnel Stooge, a shill. Your ad hominem snide remarks serve no other purpose than to attempt to cover up Arnel's disgusting track record. Come up with some evidence to counter what these complaining posters are talking about or shut up.
