I lived at Casa Madrid for about 14 months. Here is a short list of complaints:
1) High Crime Area (criminals in complex)
2) Horrible Leasing Staff (ignore your requests for maintenance)
3) Horrible Management Company
4) Nasty old apartments with nasty bathrooms, nasty air conditioners
5) Nasty backyards with bugs, spiders, and RATS
6) Mold in the bathroom
7) Horrible Parking
8) High Rent
9) UNFRIENDLY Neighbors
10) Noisy, barefoot kids running around at 11pm at night

And the list goes on! Please, do not rent here. The only saving grace is the actual Maintenance Manager, Mike. He is great to deal with. Unfortunately, when you call in a request to the office they don't tell him, so people think maintenance is bad. Otherwise, Casa Madrid is like living in the GHETTO!!! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
