RENTER BEWARE

I have to admit, the rental office gal could've been a Fredericks of Hollywood model, and that's probably why I chose them, but dont let the well-schooled rental agents of "magic" at Casa Madrid fool you!
I had a studio apartment. It was one of the smallest studios I've ever rented. Bad lighting and bad ventilation (but what studio has good vent').
I liked the hot tub, the pool, and the grounds.
What I didnt like was the fact that there was extremely poor insulation between the hot water pipes underground and my carpet, causing some nasty mold and creepycrawly bug problems. Had to throw away all my shoes and a lot of my luggage because of that. The vanity gets very musty if you dont get some fans going.
A lot of kids riding their noisy bigwheels up and down the walkway outside my front door on Saturday mornings.
Careful, Casa charged me a fortune when moving out, even though I cleaned it quite well. I have been told that the management company has some history with overcharging former residents. Big bully. :(
