This place is the worst of the worst!!
Management changes nearly daily, never can get help cuz always need to re-explain the problem.One lady tried to help with issues but was shut down by Arnel-the owner everytime she called about an issue.
Parking solution--make people pay for their spots''!!! Don't we pay enough for the aprtment, now we pay $25 for our own carport. Even then you may get your tire locked or towed. and $25 for your second car also. Funny how towing and tickets always happen but no one knows anything about the numerous break-ins or stolen vehicles that happen regularly. Office says call the police--what about our "gated" parking area''
And noise, yeah, not just kids but rowdy young crowds of hoodlums. Scared to be out after dark on any night. It has its fair share of druggies, drunks and hookers too!
Move in if you are desperate and Motel 6 kicks you out.Good luck, good riddance to this place!!
